If its something really expensive then I tend to wait until she wants something and treat us both, other than that I tend to get what I want when I want as long as mortgage has been paid and food in the fridge and diesel in the car there are no real issues

I've a set of Mizuno Tour headcover. I could buy a new driver, 3 wood and hybrid every week and as long as these go on them she would be none the wiser

It would seem that she old spots head covers irons all look the same in her eyes.

Putters again head cover, i'm sure a bag she would spot.

However, she spends a small fortune on shoes to no real problems with golf stuff really.

what i use to do was buy clubs etc from ebay and get them sent to my work....she never had a clue!!!!!

but what i tend to do now is give her or say to her she can buy something of equal amount and it works out well.with having the horse she is always needing this that and the next so it works out perfectly.

If I want something I will get it. She spends a small fortune on shoes and clothes and she has a small dog that gets spoilt rotten. I say as long as you can afford it why not treat yourself, we wont be hear for that long.

i made the mistake of buying a new set of clubs (about £300) and not mentioning it until there was an advert where they asked what had changed on screen and a set of clubs appeared. My other half says "like that would happen", I wet myself laughing and have to explain myself. Still recovering from that cold shoulder but it was worth it!
