Do they really merit their hype?

Im here watching the Golf and its scary to see the amount of Pro's that are not TM staff playing the R11 woods....

Are they really that good.....I haven't had a chance to hit them yet but even in our club their are heaps of lads turning up with them.

Probably more like the $$$ that TM pay to keep the #1 (most used) Driver on Tour. I think a lot of manufacturers allow their staff players to take seperate contracts for drivers.

Nothing wrong or right with them. As with anything in golf, its all about personal opinion.
IMO they make a horrid sound. I love the muted sound of my 910.

Louis is using an RBZ fairway, like many of the non staff players he uses different headcovers though.
