cut problems

I won the Sunday medal with a net 67 which had two trebles on the card CSS was 70 and my handicap was 12.6.

I was expecting 0.3 cut for every shot which = 0.9 plus also the two trebles on the card will go to doubles and give me another 0.6 with a total of 1.5 cut but all i got was 0.7 which makes no sense at all.

I did come second on the Saturday medal while shooting net par so assuming i get just a buffer for this at best.

Any ideas anyone

once the first .3 comes off you hit cat 2 and you get cut .2 for each stroke there on.

Ross61 has already explained the 0.7. Your 2 trebles are not necessarily reduced to double for handicap purposes - depends on SI and your handicap. High scores on individual holes are reduced to one stroke higher than the score which would have attracted 1 stableford point.
