So here's an interesting (amusing?) scenario - nowt to do with golf but I thought I'd share the situation with the brains that visit this forum.
So our car went in for some warranty work, it was kindly collected and returned by the dealership. Unfortunately for the driver(idiot) who returned the car it has a camera system. While the systems announces it is recording his primitive cognitive processes means he clearly doesn't take any notice.
The data records his personal insults about us and our posh address: we've never visited the premises. This is along with many expletives about Arab and Muslim drivers, all this while he's on the phone to a mate! This conversation is probably not hands-free (unless he's using a Bluetooth connected earpiece). At the time he's running at 68mph on a single lane road. A few miles later he hits 80+ on a dual carriageway.
A second phone conversation is picked up: at this time the cars accelerating onto a dual carriageway at 80mph; he then undertakes a few cars while reaching 104mph.
Speed bumps obviously aren't an impediment being cleared at 35mph in a 30 zone outside a school (they're on holiday so no real foul) !!
Clearly its highly unlikely I will use this garage again but what else...
1 do nothing, life too short to waste it dealing with prats
2 send the video to the dealership's manager.
3 send video to cops.
As golfers of integrity- give me your advice
