Creating a Committee.

We have a small club that was formed in 2012with about 70 members and 20-30 odd eligible to play in medals, as it is growing we have come to the stage that we need to form a committee, so any help would be appreciated as to how to go ahead and what is required.

The optimum number for a Committee is an odd number less than 2.........
