Mental Health Policy at Work - Recommendations

I was just wondering if anybody knows where I good find information of good Mental Health Policies to adopt within a company.

I work for a small company (about 10-20 people). We've a wider H&S policy that covers a wide range of things. But yet to have anything overly sufficient to deal with Mental Health issues, so wondering if we can go further in this regard.

I went to an employment talk from this company a few years ago and found them to be very impressive, maybe the speaker was just good, but he really was. Anyway, they would charge for their services but one to look at if you can not find a suitable policy template available to use foc.

I'd suggest avoiding having a named "mental health" policy and looking instead at having a wellbeing provision/initiatives for staff.
