Where to start ?
First 2 on Lanark's list for a start, Scotscraig and Glasgow Gailes (along with Western Gailes)
The Aberdeens and Cruden Bay.
But I'd really like to play some of the Surrey/Berkshire heathland courses.
They all look great and I've never played south of The Warwickshire.

You should come down to St Enodoc with me and Andy in Sept for their open, play it off the back tees :D

Forget Trevose, vastly overrated.

Whilst going through some of the top 100 next 100 courses and the debate, some of the courses mentioned are ones I've been meaning to play for years but haven't got round to it. Some of the local(ish) courses I am going to try and play next year, hopefully in opens if available are as follows:

Glasgow Gailes (sorted for March GM meet)

Scotscraig
Ladybank
North Berwick

Also fancy Woodhall Spa, Formby & Hillside but they will probably be on the back burner till the following year.

Lanark :)

I'd like to be able to have played all the Open courses in my lifetime. Other than that I've not got a list, just happy to play wherever and whenever.

Cambuslang GC , only a 9 hole course but very good i'm told . Their open was cancelled this year so maybe next year, if I'm lucky enough to get a tee time again.

Of all the courses in all the world that you fancy playing but haven't, you choose a 9holer wedged between a housing estate and industrial units in the middle of Cambuslang??

Are you mental??

Not that bothered about Wentworth, may get round to it some day.

Trump Aberdeen just looks incredible to me, I can't stop looking at pictures of it!! Need to get there sooner rather than later

I agree there was taken with it as soon as seen first pics and have seen or nothing since to sway me away.
