Course recommendations North/West Yorkshire?

Group of us are going to be travelling back from Scarborough to Northwest and we are looking for ant ideas of were to stop off and play.

Ideally would like a flattish course but not set in stone and price range upto £40 may push to £50 if we can convince a few .

I would focus in around the Harrogate area. I would look at Knaresborough, Pannal, Oakdale. All fabulous courses.

There are other top courses around there but they would likely fail the flat and cost tests.

Cleckheaton, Howley Hall are both on/off the M62.

Moor Allerton . Played there last year. Bone dry after torrential rain & only £20 for a round. Superb course, choice of 27 holes.

MiB, I had originally added that in my list but removed it as I thought it might be too hilly. My memory may be slipping though, you have played it more recently than I have. Does it pass the flat test?

Ganton is a must play, it might be a little bit more than £50 but its a great course and worth the extra few quid.

I liked Skipton. Baildon is great but maybe a bit hilly. Clitheroe is awesome.

We've gone for Howley Hall with the mentions of it on here and also cpl of others were told from friends that its a nice course so now all booked :thup:

This was one of the courses i choose but at £100 cpl of people said they wouldnt pay that for a game :angry:
