PS - PJ does have a point about going on about a win over 12 months later - it's like coming second and saying its a success
PPS can't make Blackmoor on the 8th
And you were where at FoA? Definitely my best performance in good golfing company for a while especially coming off the back of a win in St Pierre. Win at Camberley last year and enough to qualify at Blackmoor this. Perhaps I just need to play GM events and forget this pursuit of single figures or nothing monthly medals!

41 points around Cooden in the monthly Stableford, thought I'd won it.
Turns out there were 3 scores of 41 in that morning, I was placed second on countback.
Guy who eventually won was a 10 handicapper, shot 1 under gross on the back 9 for 24 points to my 23.
He deserved it and I am not bitter.

My only suggestion would be to use a different form of countback, perhaps who scored the best on SI 1 then SI 2 etc etc

Came down from 12.7 to 11.8 Phil so back in Cat2.
I'd love to get down to 10 by the end of the season so fingers crossed I carry on hitting the ball as well as I have recently.
