That's basically it really, what does everyone prefer when it comes to cola, is it the original... Coca-Cola, or is it Pepsi.

I usually always drink Coca-Cola or a supermarkets own variety, but don't tend to drink Pepsi.

Have tried Pepsi Max before which I like, but its full of Aspertame, so no longer drink it. But today I saw the standard safer Pepsi on special offer in Morrisons for a £1 for six cans, so bought some & was instantly reminded why I drink Coca-Cola... ho hum.

Coke for me, I cant drink to much as I can feel it eating away at my teeth. But evey now and then a nice cold can, can really hit the spot.

I like a glass of coke....Happy with either really, find Pepsi a little sweeter, which is OK. Also, Pepsi is often available cheaper (in cans) from bargain shops.

I don't drink any of the diet versions.....I don't knowingly buy any products with Aspartame.

I believe there was a thread on here a while back about this artificial sweetener. I'm not getting started on this.... :(

Coke every time, and not the waste of space diet stuff

Pepsi is saccharin sickly sweet by comparison and there is nothing good that can be said for own brands.

I also like classic old style ginger beer

Don't get me started on Aspartame either, though I will admit I like Pepsi-Maxx, though no longer drink it for this reason. Keeping to the full fat soft drinks wherever possible.

But the standard Full fat Pepsi I got today seemed tastless & sweet, none of the nice syrupy caffeine coke taste that you get with the proper Coke (Coca-Cola).. Perhaps I should add some coffee & coco powder to my next pepsi can to try & correct the taste. rofl...

Don't drink Coke or Pepsi much, but out of the two it would be Coke. Otherwise it would be a nce can of Rio.

Im more of a pepsi max or coke zero these days after seeing how much sugar goes into each tin of full fat stuff.

I much prefer Coke Zero of all the varieties on offer.

Didn't realise they still made Rio either - that's great stuff!

PS whats the issue with aspartame? Have no idea what it is or what it does.

Coke Zero all the way, it tastes exactly the same as normal coke!

pepsi is minging to be fair, and anyone who cant taste the difference between coke & pepsi has no working taste buds

It seems I am the first person to vote for "Other" ?

If it's got to be something non-alcoholic and fizzy, it's Irn Bru (full fat not the "lite" version") or orange Tango.

Being as odd as I am, I don't really mind whether its Coke or Pepsi so long as it comes out of a can.

I just think that neither taste right out of the bottle!

Beer, but if pushed Tango. Don't do caffeine, makes me nervous. Coke makes me crash with hypoglycemia shortly afterwards. Not a good feeling.
