Club refurb

Does anyone know where I can get two metal woods refurbished? This seems to be a dying art now! My three wood has a chip on it which does my head in and I managed to sky my 5 wood out of the rough last week and made a very slight scuff on the crown. I love these woods and want them back to pristine.

Taylor Made wont refurbish clubs and I cant find or think of anyone locally who does this anymore.

All help appreciated.

Do you not know anybody who works in a car bodyshop???

A mate of mine (keen golfer and paint sprayer) offered to repaint my Callaway driver when some bloody idiot who should have been wearing soft spikes and wasn't stepped right onto my brand new Steelhead plus and put a big gouge in in with his spikes. I never did take him up on his offer, but he assured me that it would stand up to the rigours of golf once it was done.

Might be worth asking at American golf,they used to offer a refinish service.

I looked into this a while ago, but the expense was such that it was cheaper to buy a new one. £90+ each.
