I usually pop in on my pro at Holsworthy for a check-up when I'm in Devon. That's as far West as I usually go in the winter.

That's all you'll be doing at Holsworthy, as you certainly won't be playing golf there over the winter!!!

Who's your Pro there? Not Matt Stewart is it?

All my family know not to by me golf related presents, because as you know you end up with something you would not be seen dead using.

Unless of course you have asked for something specific, But at work we do a secret Santa, so someone has bought me a cylinder shaped thing which is full of golf balls well they feel like golf balls. I just wonder which lake they got them from.

Nothing golf related unless Sam has done a sneaky and nipped up the pro shop and ordered me a new i15 3 wood. But I don't think so somehow.
She's got me a nice new digital camera though, which I'm chuffed about, and the kids have got me a Logitech steering wheel for Gran Turismo and F1 2010.

I've got a Cleveland Hi Bore driver from ebay, but only won it on Tuesday, so won't see it for xmas. Also me & HID have got a night away at Slaley Hall (early Feb - hopefully playable!!) with golf the next morning for me/ spa treatment for HID, a virgin V+ box, new CD/radio (don't do ipods!) and other stuff

I wasn't implying that you had made a mistake matey, in fact going by what you say you are batting way above your average. As I said I nearly made one, she did make one, Mrs HJS
