I had a bio mechanics day a few thursdays ago at Burhill GC in Surrey, and as a result I know what leads to my inconsistant iron striking. My head drops a few inches at impact, this means that if my arms extend then I catch it heavy, if not then I catch thin. What I have noticed but you can't see in the videos, is that I have lost at least one club in distance, maybe this will come back with time? I hope :D

I'm posting this to see if you can notice any difference.

This is a swing from before I went:

(I Couldn't work out how to flip these, sorry.)

Face on after:

Having watched your videos (neck hurts now), I am wondering about your posture.
You have a very upright posture at address.
I feel if you had more angle to your back, you wouldn't have to reach down for the ball, therefor dipping your head at impact.
Although, some people dip there head in the impact area and do it quite successfully

I had to go to see a Bio Mechanic last September due to excessing running. He anaylsed my gate, posture and mesured me all over (well not ALL over!).

He found that due to a broken leg that I suffered when I was 15 (22yrs ago) my one leg was shorter than the other, I said "perhaps this is why i'm pulling all of my shots left"! He didn't laugh?

I agree. Your posture is way to upright.
I also notice that you are throwing the club ahead of your hands in the picture I made (below) you shouldn't have even hit the ball yet. I've drawn in a rough idea of where the club should be.... it could possibly be even further back :)

See how the club has overtaken your hands?

Try addressing the ball with your hands infront of your left thigh instead of right in front of your crotch and work on that posture.

also try not to get your mates to swear on your vids... it ain't macho! <wink>
