Celtic Manor vs. Carnoustie?

very familiar with Cardiff after an old girlfriend went to uni there so spent a lot of weekends fighting the welsh!

I would have opted for Carnoustie purely because it is an Open venue.

I'm sure Celtic Manor will be great though, you couldn't have gone wrong with either.

so doing the Belfry the weekend after next, then St Mellion in Feb and the 2010 course in April
decent start to the year!

Carnoustie is my number 1 favourite course so it would be a no brainer for me. And yes, stay in Broughty Ferry. They do a damned fine curry.
