Anyone else? It's my favourite golfing event, possibly even sporting event, of the year.
Everything from the par 3 tournament to the back 9 on Sunday; the beauty of the course and the interest in the scores from golfers and non golfers alike. Can't wait!

I love the masters, it just has that feeling of being extra special. It's my favourite major. (Sorry British Open lovers!)

I am going to try and go next year, my bro in law now lives an hour From the course and I have another golf nut mate who lives close.

Spring and the golf season have finally arrived when it's masters weekend, always a great spectacle and hopefully a few unexpected stars performing well.

Hi Rob tell us more.
How do I go about getting this and how does it work.
Do you need a sky box?
We only have freeview.
Cheers bud

You just need to buy a NowTV box. Cheap as chips.
This example at Argos comes with a 2 day Sky Sports pass included

Just plug it into a spare HDMI port on the back of the telly (it even comes with it's own HDMI lead) and it turns your telly into a "Smart TV"
You just buy your sports passes as and when you need them.
You have to register on the NowTV website and give them your payment details but no money is taken until you purchase a pass.
It's fantastic and you don't need a Sky Box
You can purchase the Sky Sports passes at any time and they just sit in your account until you want to use them so no deadlines.
You can buy a "day" pass for £6.99 (handy for the F1 races that aren't shown on BBC) or a "weeks" pass for £10.00

I enjoy the golf, but find the event as a whole a bit fake. All the butler cabin stuff, patrons, 1st nine etc.....

I love the masters, but....

How do they get away with limiting the TV coverage? It's ridiculous that you can't sit and watch wall to wall coverage of one of the biggest sporting events in the calendar. One group on the red button? Amen corner? Paff. They should be told to allow full coverage, or the event will be moved to Australia.

Thx mate

Personally I'd rather pay the tenner and watch it on Sky. Picture quality is absolutely superb and I haven't got to worry about buffering
;)

It is their feed you watch online

as long as you have decent broadband it never buffers

and i can wifi it to my 50" tv :whoo:
