Can golf clubs feel too soft?

maybe your just Rory esque Murph, he hits a high ball but doesnt seem to give him to many issues or distance loss ;)

I also hit a high ball but am crap so it doesnt count :D

I have a high ball flight also but doesn't seem to cause me too many problems

I think you will find there is mate... Two completely different shafts!!!

How on earth is this me saying the DG XP is a currently available shaft???

And the above was my answer to this...

Seriously Mickie I don't know how on earth you have come up with this one

Your clutching onto straws here!!!

Alex said there is no such thing as DG XP shafts

The thing is, Rory hits it miles. I hit it miles high. If I could convert some of the upwards to a bit more forwards, I might also hit it miles, relatively!

It's probably not the shaft though, as my S300s also go too high, as do my KBS tour 90s, my TTDGR300, and my TTDGR300XP.

I guess it's just me.

I've not tried the KBS C taper yet though.

I've a high ball flight, it's grand in the summer months because I do get roll out. Over winter though I do lose distance which is expected as it's colder and you get less roll out off a damp fairway. The Project X shafts have always felt a bit more dead if that makes sense to me, and they give out a lower flight than my current S300 XP shafts

Are your shafts Dynalyte or Dynamic Gold? I think Mizuno use Dynalyte XP whereas TM and Nike use Dynamic gold XP... The Dynalyte are supposed to be a lot higher launching than the dynamic Gold XP.
