I had this from Callaway on Monday:

Unfortunately we have not released any appointments on www.MyCallaway.eu as there has been a delay with the shipments of our new product range and we are still waiting for all the products to arrive in the Performance Centre. We are expecting to have these available for custom fitting around the 8th February.

Our website is in the process of being updated over the next few days, with the February appointments available as soon as we have a definite date confirmed when the products are available.

I have saved your contact details in my calendar so as soon as we are able to book appointments we will be in contact with you to arrange an appointment.

If you would like any more information please let us know.

Kind Regards,

Callaway (and Odyssey) offer fittings at their HQ in Chessington booked via a pro or authorised dealer. I imagine if they are having supply problems they have stopped offering the service. We had a Cally demo day at the start of May and they were certainly still offering bookings then. If they can't get the parts it seems silly to get people in if they then can't fulfil orders. I wonder if others like the guy mentioned will also struggle to get components like heads if it is a major issue

The post about supply issues was from several months ago and I suspect that was when the stock was just coming in for the new ranges of clubs.

I don't know if it's changed recently, but I went in February and booked it online myself.
They take £50 from you for the privilege, but give you a form to fill in and send to them if you buy a club (anywhere) within 90 days. The credit then takes a couple of weeks to go back on your card.

I have read its now £75 :(

Yep, seems to have gone up:

Bookings at the National Performance Centre are FREE if booked through your local retailer.

If not booked through your local retailer a 90 minute session will be charged at £75.00 (refundable on club purchase value equal to £200 or more within 3 months of your appointment).
