Today I managed a run of 9, 11 and 10 on holes 13-15!! All whilst enroute to 108! Hit an ok front 9 of 51. Jokingly pointed out that I always hit a better back 9 so 99 finally in sight. Start par bogey par and get a bit excited then blow up then finish double, par par.[/FONT]

Papas, i can certainly relate to your pain. Currently playing of 23 I went round the other day and had a cracking card (for me) standing at 13 over par for 15 of the holes. Then the other 3 come in to the equation and suddenly it is going round in 24 over par total!

All I will say is keep at it, and apparently it will all come together. Well that's at least what I keep reading and getting told!!!!

I am throwing horror holes into every competitive round. Numerous double bogey's today. I can't seem to stop myself. Played a match at Tylney Park and was much more consistent and only the 16th was a bit of a mess but my partner came good.

To be fair the back 9 I hit I was chuffed with. Gutted I collapsed but the other 6 holes I played out if my skin. Got a lot more positives than negatives. Just downhearted as it happened.
