Bushnell V4 laser rangefinder

I have a Bushnell V4 laser which has stopped working. It's about 8 years old. Iv'e tried a friend's battery in it, tried to get into it but no success. Iv'e googled Bushnell repairs but not found anything.
Has anyone had something like this repaired or do I just bin it?

Unfortunately mine packed up, just like yours. I think I gave Bushnell a ring and said that it had stopped working, they gave me money off a new one.

I thought you could send them back to bushnell direct to repair, may be wrong

When my last one went wrong some years ago they just said that I'd have to buy a new one. It was pretty old though
