Browsers being hijacked when using the forum

If you use the forum on mobile data the browser is often hijacked and you are taken to various adverts or sites saying you have a virus and need to install something. And the only way you can get out of it is by closing the browser down.

I'm assuming this is some kind of SNAFU and and not a deliberate tactic by an organisation like Time Inc to deliberately hijack their visitors browsers and replicate what you'd expect to see on some dodgy porn site. So if this could be remedied it would be greatly appreciated, as if not the forum is unusable if you are not on wifi.

Thanks for flagging the issues you've seen this morning regarding the advert redirecting, we believe we've found the problem and it should now be fixed, please do let us know if you see or hear anything further on this issue
