Funny that. There was a derelict house around the corner from us which the council wouldn't allow planning permission on.
Strangely it burnt down and since then houses were built on the site that sold at between £850k to £900k.
A coincidence I'm sure.

I played Broke Hill for the first time the year before it shut and had my best score there , 81, 2 of the easiest par 4s I’ve played anywhere.

There's a special term for that in the part of world I grew up.... I won't mention it here for legal reasons... But I would be amused if anyone from Surrey/NE Hants knows what I mean!
