Off to Bournemouth for a couple of nights next week.

Any recommendations for restaurants?

Not fussed on what type of food but probably have something different each night.

Also anything must do while we are there?

Only been to 2 restaurants down there, The Ivy that’s decent food and you know what you’re getting as it basically the same as their other restaurants. The other is called The Crab, really nice seafood restaurant well presented and full of flavour.

As for must do ideas no idea I’ve only been there whilst slightly inebriated 🤣

I’ll suggest she has a look at Crab as she likes to book before we go 👍

I know youve asked for restaurants but if youre looking for somewhere to stay, steer clear of Travelodge, just on the right before getting in to Bournemouth.
We couldnt book anywhere for one night,so had to endure their excuse for an evening meal and breakfast.
Worst place ive ever been!

We have a hotel booked already.
She wants to use their spa.
Wants to wander round the shops/Xmas market and see the lights, have a couple of meals out.

I’m not sure I can handle 3 days of shopping so wondering what else there is to do.

Take your trunks and join the rest of the idiots swimming in the sea ❄️🌊☃️

Bournemouth has gone downhill badly over the last decade so be careful around the town centre.

I'd recomend 1812 as a probaby the best venue in the town. Upmarket food, cocktails and live music. Proper old school doorman who are pretty selective of who they let in, so very little trouble.
