no more speeches! i was a best man last year, and lined up twice again this year and I HATE doing speeches. my last one went down BADLY as the crude jokes were not appreciated.

I did a best man speech once. The brides father use to be a minder for the Krays in the 60's so you can imagine how nervous I was. I though it was all bull until I checked his name in some reference books in the library. You could smell the fear when I got up.
