Am I the only one who hasn’t watched the Bodyguard.. this morning all TV, Radio was raving about it.
So put the first one on iplayer.. loved it.. ke playing the second episode .. this might turn into a binge watch tonight if I m not careful

I only seen the last 3 episodes, had me gripped from the first minute and I hardly watch telly, even less so dramas.

First 2 episodes were dynamite, very tense, best thing I'd seen in a good while, next 4 were all good too, sorry it's ended but better than running it endlessly for series after series like Homeland which started fantastically too but lost it's way.
Leave them wanting more!

But isn't that the beauty of catch up...
You do still get out... You just watch your telly when it best suits...

That’s what we r doing.. missed the series but now able to watch the whole thing together.

Also watching the Press.. another golf series.

BTW, why did the Bodyguard sleep with the Home Sec? Same in the Press, someone sleeeps with his boss.. Now Mrs M thinks everyone is sleeping around in the city!! Difficult to get work done.

Not watched it. Don't really watch series, as it involves commitment to too much time. Also, downloading is impossible, as my internet is rubbish.

Was Kevin Costner in it?

No not seen it. I tend not to watch series until they're released as a block, and will then have a few TV binge-fests.

It was similar with Broadchurch a few years ago. It catches the imagination of the press and they run with it. It was a big show for the BBC and they turned up the publicity to the max.

I enjoyed the series, it was very good but it wasn't the second coming. I'm still enjoying Killing Eve, four episodes in, but that is barely getting a ripple in comparison.

We enjoyed it but feel it was implausible in some places, agree a few too many unanswered questions.
Not as gritty as Line of Duty or even some of the foreign series.

Agree with this (not the last bit). I tend to only watch comedy series because the episodes are shorter so you can just throw one on and not have to concentrate too much.

Been recommended Killing Eve as being the next level up from Bodyguard.. so would be on the player next week once we are done with Bodygguard

There is a quirkiness to it. There is humour, really excellent characters but it is still dark in places. I hope it lasts the course.
