Just back from my free tea and biccies - business is quiet, blood is scarce, so I felt I could use the time better by wandering up to the BT unit.

I am a regular,approaching 50pints.The fact you can donate 3 times a year now as opposed to 2 tells you how short supplies are.

Gave blood regularly until they found my extremely high blood pressure and now i'm on tablets for ever. So no more giving blood for me
