Blogs

Why not keep a diary and just post the landmarks and interesting stuff?

Everyone has listened to the golf club bore who will talk you through every shot in the bar after a round..........most blogs are an online version of that.

Unless your blog includes:

I missed my tee time because a stripper pinched the hire car keys

I couldn't play due to a neck injury picked up sleeping in my suitcase after falling out of bed.

Sorry lads, the passports were in the glovebox of the hire car

(no names mentioned to protect the innocent)

Not all blogs are what I call 'me' blogs. Some try to be helpful as opposed to what flavour cup of tea I had this morning.

I won't post a link, but an example of this style can be found on the website below.

I'm not suggesting it's the sort of thing that you might want to follow, but don't assume all golf related blogs are dissections of one individuals game. Be it a Pro or a hacker.

But there's plenty out there. Whatever your cup of tea!

I started one for my regular four ball. Probably not what you are after but I wouldn't mind some feedback. Most recent round was at Rathmore, home of GMAC.
