Well, GMac and McIlroy lost out in the end to the Italian Molinari brothers.
It just seemed to me that the pressure was too much. McIlroy made quite a few errors which made GMac's following shot a whole lot harder.

I thought the Swede pairing were going to take it but the Italians played solidly to a well deserved win.

Poulter holed some marvellous putts to bring England home in a creditable 4th.

Great last round performance from the English and it seemed to me that McIlroy just ran out of steam. I think at the end of such a long season for him and following the near miss last week this was one event too far. I think there was a bad round due and sadly he wasn't at his shaprest today. Much to be proud of though and if he can get his clutch putting sorted out as discussed after Dubai then he'll be a r4eal force worldwde next year

Garcia's putting has been the talking point for a long time....With his game fairly sorted in other areas one would imagine that a player of his calibre would work alot more on his putting.

Like Mcilroy if he sorts this he could win anything.
