Got a new kindle for £30 off. Was going to buy it a week ago, but thought I would wait just on the off chance.

bought a new tv today. Done my homework beforehand and had basically decided which was best value based on the reviews. popped into Currys for a look at it, they had a Samsung rep in store so he gave me a good demo.

He asked me if wanted to buy it there, I said no thanks, it's £20 cheaper on John Lewis and comes with a 5 year warranty rather than the crappy 1 year Currys warranty. He laughed and said yes, it's a no-brainer.

Arrives Wednesday, can't wait!
