I came across these on the internet, and just wondered if anybody had tried them?

Just look like a hollow plastic cylinder, but supposedly only go about 30% of a proper ball, feel like hitting a real ball and they fade and draw (or hook and slice) like a normal ball.

If I had a bit bigger garden I'd be tempted to give them a go.

No, but I used to have some hard foam balls, that were ok. Sadly I was still able to hook them into next doors garden, never to be seen again.

Yes. Used them in the States when on a family holiday - sister has a huge back garden there! They are pretty good and do replicate shot shape and good strikes/bad ones! We brought a dozen back with us and haven't ever used them as not enough room !

Unless many of our forummers have gardens of more than 90 yards long, they will not be much use.

The blurb suggests that they will go about 40 yds for the average golfer so your 90 yd garden requirement seems about right for the "average" forum member :p:p

For me, the length isn't so important as (ahem) the width. My garden would need to be at least 50 yds wide. :o
