So quick update. Came 4th with 36 points. 1 birdie 4 pars and 7bgs. Very pleased with play. Few bad shots and 3 blobs - 1 more than planned but overall happy! Ta for the advice!

How about this one. Got a comp at Dornoch in 10 days for 14 and above handicaps, I'm 13.4 so I need to go up .1 to qualify. On Thursday past I played Fortrose seniors and shot 77 and got 43 points won the contest by three. So I'm now £75 richer and playing of 11.6 go explain.
