Corballis north of Dublin would take some beating for value for money.

Built on the same spit as The Island, bang on the coast with views of Howth, some really fun proper links golf with large dunes on a short quick course and about E15 last time I played.

I'll also add in

Clitheroe
Bingley St Ives (piggin, bargin!)
Wallasey
Rochdale
Northcliffe (Shipley)
Shipley
Craigielaw
Skipton
For my own benefit current fees are below. If the OP is correct with them all being a pleasure to play Rochdale looks the best value.

Clitheroe is £50
Bingley is £20 (Monday Only)
Wallasey is £80
Rochdale is £15
Northcliffe is £27 (possible £15 fee for winter but web site states 2019 pricing)
Shipley is £50
Craigielaw is £40
Skipton is £18

Being taken for a short break at Hunley golf club & Hotel in June with choice of 3 courses so looking forward to that (Green fee's are £40 usually).
Bradley Hall in Halifax is a good test for £30 a round. Half parkland, half heath.

Could I add to my previous post, £30 Pennard mon-thur winter rate. a good rate for the course layout.
