Best Christmas Song ever?

Band Aid

Because of the sentiment, the money it raised, what it did for awareness, the way so many huge egos just dropped everything to be a part of it, the Live Aid concerts that came on the back of it, everything really.

Nothing else even comes close.

I used to know a greenkeeeper who made up his own versions of songs.

'feed the worms, let them know it's christmas toooooo'

Best was the classic 'Why do you have to be a ....fartbreaker''

All wrong ;)

3) Donna & Blitzen - Badly Drawn Boy
2) The Pogues
1) Darlene Love - Christmas, Baby Please come home. A song so good even U2 covering it could not ruin it.

It depends. Last day of work, on the way home the BEST song ever is Chris Rea, Driving home for Christmas.

Also am liking the new version of the power of love from the John Lewis advert (PS, i met Mr snowman on saturday in JL!!)

Also, fairytale of NY, the cavalry, original band aid and the one from the snowman film.. walking in the air.. bought the DVD for the kids last week and they have watched it about 10 times!

Really surprised this has not been mentioned yet.Not only the best xmas song, but used in the best xmas film ever.

Ray Charles and Chevy Chase, legends.
