I love the Wilson Df6 3 wood and you will pick one up cheap as chips on ebay. They also come with the briliant Aldila NVS shaft as standard.

If you want to spend a wee bit of your hard earned cash then try the Srixon M-Steel or Ping G10.

I have the 906f2 3 and 5 wood and I love them both. Ditch the proto shaft though, not popular at all (had this pulled from my driver as it was terrible). I have an Aldila NV 75S in mine, which is great.
