Thinking about maybe purchasing a new set of irons so went on directgolf, i have a choice of 8 sets, if i was right handed i would have a choice of 68 sets!!!!!!!!

Damn you genes.....

Thats got me thinking, is it your genes that decide whether your're a leftie or a rightie?

I bought my driver and putter from there, and would thoroughly recommend them to all lefties, but things are a bit tight financially so i was interested in Directgolf's pay monthly/interest free option.

I do notice that left handed gear goes for much cheaper once it is toward the end of it's shelf life so look at the positives and get some bargains

Exactly the same as me, but the other way round so to speak, as are Mickelson, Weir, and many many other lefties who are right handed (including some of the best cricketers).

It's all about the dominant and stronger side and eye forward towards the target.

definitely agree with G_Mulligan. im left handed (or footed!) for everything and have picked up the few decent clubs i have for about half the rrp cos there a year old and "the wrong way round"

I'm fairly similar. Left handed for writing, throwing a ball, darts, snooker etc and for kicking (although I do possess a cultured right peg too) but play tennis, cricket, golf etc right handed. Weird innit
