Well my plan of watching the highlights Thursday & Friday and then paying for NowTV for the weekend is no longer needed then! Result!

Nowtv is only like £10.99 for a week, or £6.99 per day. If you were gona pay on the weekend might as well get the week pass and view it all.

I wouldnt say skys fees are mega high, you just need to bargain with them. I have 100mb internet, all the tv channels including sky sports and such, an extra recordable box upstairs and i pay £64 a month. I got mates that pay almost double that

If £768 a year isn't high then you must watch a hell of a lot of telly! It bugs me that Sky charge the user and still bombard them with adverts. They're getting paid by both sides. I won't give Murdoch my money but I don't feel I'm missing out - don't have the time to watch enough to make it worth the expense.
