Hi Migs, can see the advantage of these especially at this time of year. Sounds plausible as well but note they are $39 so only for sale in USA. Maybe it is just me but I don't think you would look a pilloc in them and your playing partners would be envious of all the balls you find
Roger
i won a pair of something like this a few years back - i think you can buy them for a lot lot less, and the pair i got are just like oakley wraparounds, not like teh chunky things on teh advert.
i havent found a ball with them yet ! BUt what they are REALLY good for are :
a) if you play on a lovely tree lined course, in Autumn, put them on and teh colours are awesome !
b) if you suffer from migraines, they are fantastic for blocking out almost all light
I have a pair, I dont think they do what they say on the tin. Maybe it's my eyes.
They dont double as sunglasses, so dont try driving ur car wearing them, they make everthing so different..........
thing about this is, blue does make white stand out better.
the previous pair of glasses I had made for golf had blue tinted lenses, although a considerably lighter shade as being visually challenged I have to wear mine all the time.
latest pair are polaroid, so I'll see how they do.
