Id consider what your course is like to balls and how long they last normally in the summer on hard ground etc. Is there lots of trees and do they see a bit of tarmac on the way? Do you want to get extra yardage or more feel around the green? Some balls tend to wear out and get damaged quicker than the Pro v I use at the moment. Its fine naming all the brands but to be honest each to their own and there's an argument to why most of the tour boys use the Prov 1's. I tend to use a harder ball in the winter and a softer in the summer for what its worth but to be honest if I was blind folded I probably couldnt tell the difference between some of them. :)

Ive just started using the taylormade TP5 i like it feels nice when putting and chipping, good with the irons, It just lets me down when being used with the driver think it over fades and loses distance.

Tried a bridgestone B330- RX on a coule holes too, really liked the feel of that too about 20 yards further than the TP5.

Gona try the leathals tomorrow and see how they feel.

I have just purchased some Titleist Velocity Balls. They were only introduced to the uk recently. I like feel of them and they seam to go a fair distance when I catch them right. I usually play with the Titleist DT roll Balls
