Not another thread on people not saying please or thank you. The 80s band. Off to see them tonight and can't wait. Good Xmas gig. Saw them two years ago and they were damn brilliant.

Jeez my ears are still ringing. Was right up the front with mayhem on the floor behind me. Awesome gig - tremendous horn section. One of the best gigs I've been to in years.

Lip up fatty ...

Hey, this thread came up as I was posting summat else. Seem them twice now. Brilliant. God the late 70 and 80's were damn good for music.

I have had a great audio copy of one of their gigs - one of my favourites when driving.

My only memory associated with Bad Manners was back in my sixth form days, when the common room had a stereo that anyone could access to put music on at break time if you got there quick enough. I'd stumbled across the song 'You Fat Bar-steward' (so to speak) so I got in the common room one day and put it on to give everyone a chuckle. 😄 I used to love trying to find rude songs to put on that would stop people in their tracks.

Another favourite was Mclusky - Gareth Brown Says, although you'll have to Google the lyrics to find out why.

Once got tickets to see Oasis. The guy I got them off , I asked who is the best band he has ever seen.
“ Madness”. I was gobsmacked. Anyway a couple of years later in saw them. I never stopped dancing all night. I was absolutely knackered. There’s just something about the ska type bands that get you moving.
