Sorry about the back Birdie but it doesn`t last forever,
chin up keep taking the pills.

Using the cc only transfers the pain from the back to the pocket.

Sorry to hear about the back-had a problem with my back for a few months-ignored the problem until Jan-had a few sessions of physio-do a proper warm up-a series of exercises daily-now am able to play 2 days in a row no real problem.

Moral of the story--don't ignore the problem get it sorted.

Birdieman, commiserations.
Got back from sunny Spain yesterday and went out today in a freezing wind. Temperature and lack of practice made for a miserable round (mercifully 15 holes due to a society booking). Those lessons I had 2 weeks ago - what were they about?
Now reminding myself that the only thing worse than bad golf is no golf at all.
I recommend you stay logged into the forum and go for the golf experience 'by proxy'. Hope some of us manage some good rounds on your behalf!

homer i wonder i if i have the same thing , it leaves my finger tips numb and parts of my hand tingling , i have been to the docs and she said it is the tendon sheaths or something , she told me take anti inflammatory tablets and if this don't work i may need a op . well its not worked and im waiting to see a specialist . i can still play no problem as i don't have pain thankfully .. if i do need the op i think i will try and delay it till December , i couldn't miss a summers worth of golf ..
