Back from injury

I hit the range last night and hit a ball for the first time since September!
No pain in the elbow so I have booked a round in for Wednesday, I can’t wait to get back out there and play!
Stupid bloody injury stopped me playing at liphook and really got me down in the dumps. Hoping I can have a decent summer at it and just enjoy being able to play.

Fingers crossed for you mate, I had a back injury in 2017 that stopped me playing all summer and was so down about it. I can not recommend enough doing stretches a few times a week, although no idea how you could do elbow stretches.

I can think of one way - sinking a few pints should give the elbow a decent work-out.

Good news although keep an eye on how many balls you hit on hard range mats in case you aggravate the injury again. Good to have you out and about again.

I’ve been doing all my stretches etc that the physio suggests and I will take it nice and easy.
I’ve also just realised it will be the first time I have played under the new rules.
Plenty of knee high drops I’d imagine!
