I am on my own this year so finally can have some Christmas pud without worrying about side effects in company.

Watched a programme on TV the other day about the best place to buy Christmas food so new where I to buy it. Now in the cupboard ready to go.

Today was the one of those days when I realised had missed somebody off the card list unintentionally when I received there's.

Well - just spent about three hours this pm practicing the songs the community choir I'm in is singing in our concert tomorrow evening - and I'm definitely not ready...🙄

No matter - when I get lost in the music I'll just play goldfish...until I find myself again.

And this evening I've got to go and practice tying my bowtie (quite) - I did learn for our Summer concert but haven't worn it since.

The sprouts, parsnips, spuds and carrots that I will be cooking for 5 people will be purchased on the 23rd.
Everything else is bought already.

Still got a few things to get for my brother and sister-in-law. Everyone else is sorted.

Haven't bought a present so we went to Leeds on Sunday. It was rammed, ticked about a third of the list off and got totally fed up so went for a few overpriced pints.

No not ready.

Mrs has everything in hand. She even had the decency to buy her own presents, but not the decency to wrap them herself.
I'm not sure I've got time to do it either as I'm playing golf today, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday and it seems a bit pointless to do it Christmas Eve when they're going to be opened the next day.
I suppose I could do it tomorrow, but it's a toss up between wrapping them or buying something for her. I quite fancy an air fryer, so I might get her one of those.

Nowhere near. I just started on Monday night as I ordered a gift for the wife and a couple for my mum and dad. Haven't even thought about anyone else yet. Haven't sent any cards. And wife has intimated that she wants more than one gift as well. 🫤

Only buying the one…it’s for my Mrs…and she hasn’t yet decided which Jo Malone perfume she wants me to buy.

My problem is that what to buy her as her ‘little surprise’…as it’s usually perfume.🤔

She has everything else in hand.
