ISVs normally allow members to view historical competition results. I'd like to know if your club also permits open access to historical information such as committee minutes and related documents, AGMs, SGMs, and the like and how far back? Does your club have an archiving policy, including more general information such as member input on discussion groups?

All such information has been available on-line to members since the new website was introduced in 2023. All earlier documents are available via the manager on request as either pdf or physical documents.

The same. All the current information is on club V1 members portal and aything historical can be requested

All such info is available online for members to read online although some info might be redacted eg disciplinary hearings will not give the members name

Quick look online shows minutes going back to 2018.

Meeting minutes and round history back as far as 2011. No idea where stuff previous to that might be.

All our minutes for all meetings and AGM’s etc are all visible on the members side of the website

Thanks very much for replies so far, our club seems to remove web visibility to minutes etc after 12 months or so.
Competition results are date selectable going back several years to when our current ISV was introduced.
If your club has a member's forum, are all topics and posts retained ad-infinitum, or are they deleted by a moderator once activity has apparently ceased?
