Playing Torrance this Wednesday and Dundonald Links in three weeks - anyone played them recently - both in good nick ? Haven't played Torraance since last summer, and Dundonald since March.

Cant wait as Torrance is a tasty match up against a good mate & former playing partner (no-one has won a match between us before the last..)
Dundonald is a club outing (my first) so should be good craic on a nice track

Played Torrance ten day ago and it was in good nick and the greens were terrific.

Had a look at Dundonald on Friday when I played its neighbour Western Gailes and it too looked in superb shape.

:D :D :D
Don't think you are in a position to judge. I thought you were out of most holes and had picked up before you got to the green.
:p :p

Think only Screwback can tell you about the condition of the 12th green as nobody else got there :o

Seriously, I'll second that. The course was in superb condition

Played it yesterday with 7 other MSG ers.
Sunshine and heavy showers - fairways very soggy in places
- never was a 'links' course - only sand is in the bunkers.

Greens excellent - firm fast and true.

Scored 34 points and won the money :)
