Anyone got/used Odyssey Metal-X 2 ball or White Ice #7?

I fancy a mallet to give me choice if the blade goes cold, liked the look and feel of these 2 in a shop (everything feels great in a shop) but anyone used them in anger?

And so the putter search continues... I thought you were a strong arc putter? Anyhoo you may as well consider the Metal X #7 as well. Tried all three in the shop and preferred the Metal X #7, not a fan of the White Ice insert but not tried any in anger I'm afraid

LOL, according to the Ping app I am, however, anytime I try a mallet it feels so solid with no mis-hits. Tried them both today and the Metal-X 2 ball is very good, hmmmmm

I did think it was a long way off!
I moved to the f7 from original 2 ball the newer insert is a bit softer but the putter it's self is great very easy to align.

Liked the new metal faced Odysseys when I tried them at Silveremere and definitely more solid than the White Ice with the insert I have in the #9 model. Still a fan of a metal face and the Anser 4 in a slight arc is still the one I have my eye on

I did and like Sydney I am a very happy camper. Lost all faith with the old blade but the Rossie just feels right and everything I hit I believe will drop.

Still a fan of a metal face and the Anser 4 in a slight arc is still the one I have my eye on

Think the milled Anser 4 is strong arc

I bought a Odyssey White Hot XG 2-Ball F7 last year and couldn't get used to it. Sat in the garage if you're looking to buy. It's the one Luke Donald uses.

Another Rossie fan here having tried a Yes (Victoria I think), Scotty Cameron Newport 2, and Odyssey # 1 Blades (which I still use now and again!)

I have an Odyssey White Ice 2-ball V Line with 33" shaft. its about 3 months old and sitting in the boot of my car. £70 +p&p I can post pics if you want
