I am playing tomorrow morning and was wondering if any of you have played it. it there much danger (water) etc. I hear it is always in good nick so looking forward to it.

Not played it but it is supposed to be very nice so you should be in for a treat. Mostly tree lined fairways I think so a premium on driving accuracy.
I should be playing there next Thursday so let me know how it is (and how many spare balls I should take

Played it about 20 years ago, from memory a nice course, dont remember too much water.

Ok,
So I played this on Friday morning in 40/50 mph gusts and heavy rain through out. The weather spoilt what for me is a very very nice course but could not give a true account of the greens as some were holding water. Most of the fairways are tree lined but fairly wide. The rough is pretty unforgiving though in places.
I will return to this course later in the "summer" hopefully as it has a very good layout and was in good condition considering the weather.
