Any ideas on driver noise ?

Rich..I've had this a couple of times down the years and once it was a small chunk of glue in the shaft, not the head..
Take the shaft off then head and shake the shaft ( oooh er Matron!)
If it does rattle you can get a pair of long nose pliers and force the end of the grip apart and get it out - or your Pro should be able to...
Give the head a good shake too (oooh err again!)

Have you thought about shouting "Ave that you *******" through impact to obscure said noise?

Even thought my 909 makes a beautiful noise, I'm going to give this a go on my next round. :thup:
