.....a replacement DG S300 shaft from for my Mizuno MP fli-hi 2 iron? Ideally one that is half inch longer than standard. Unfortunately mine had a little accident this morning........

Been looking on gamola but the problem I'm having is what tip size would need, never replaced any shafts before so not really clued up on this sort of thing. Is anyone able to advise exactly which shaft on gamola i would need? Thanks

Can you not e-mail Mizuno customer service and ask. Whether they send one via your pro or not they should give you the spec for you to order in yourself

Mizuno MP irons (plus JPX800/825 Pro and 850 forged) are 0.355 tip.

This is what you are after if its the fli hi driving iron as oppose to the hybrid style one.

Cheers for the advice fellas. I suppose the moral of the story is take a deep breath and count to 10, or at least 3, before reacting to knobbing yet another shot!
