At the moment everyone here seems to mainly buy rather than sell things.
I sometimes sell old items on eBay and I wait for the buyer to leave me feedback before I leave them feedback.
The reason for this is fast payment is only part of the picture.
One of the earliest mistakes I made on eBay was to not use a signed for delivery service. Payment was prompt, positive feedback was left and item was sent. A couple of days later an item not received complaint was logged against me. Money was taken back, so I was left without item or money.
I now always used tracked delivery, and wait for feedback to confirm the item has been received and acknowledged as acceptable.
