amputees golf

Did anybody see the coverage on Thursdays Golf night that included the amputees golf competition ? Respect to these people , amazing abilities and such positive outlook and attitude . Not prepared to give up the great game after even after terrible injuries . But the one that really shocked me was the golfer who lost both legs below the knee as a result of licking his golf ball!!
and we worry about our game!

i've seen a golfer with one arm playing - had a pretty good swing too

i think its great that people can still enjoy the sport even if they arent as fortunate as myself

I have unlimited time for such people.

Seeing these folks make me feel like such a tart when I moan about my ailments!
