I never got mine last year ( October ) either.....
Still get the emails and the odd bit of promotional stuff through the letterbox too.
So they've obviously still got all my details.

Also, as above, emailed them, but got no response either👎

(Was told to email them by a friend that works in a local store)

Try contacting them via instant chat on their website they can’t ignore that

I emailed them because hadn’t heard it was on way (they said when posted would email) got a reply saying it’s in store ! 24 hours later

Called them to double check and it’s there waiting

Got a response finally, but it says that I wasn't opted in to that service, and as they can see when my birthday was and that I wasn't opted in at the time, they have opted me in now but won't be sending one until the next birthday.

Figured it would be a good idea to post it here so that the people who haven't had one can get opted in.

Just picked up my tempo trainer

Another thumbs up to AG

Arrived within a day to the shop

Gave me the £10 off and I managed to wangle a further £10 off

Plus my £20 voucher (which are annoying in store as they have to call up and check the balance!)

Anyways cost after all vouchers £9.99 👌
